Yolanda Rangel, 63, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 3, 2020 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Yolanda was born on February 20, 1957 to Amador Lopez and Socorro Hernandez Lopez in Morelos, Coahuila, Mexico.

Yolanda was an extraordinary woman of many talents with an unmatched work ethic. She was never afraid to try new things that were out of her comfort zone. She was an entrepreneur; notary public, a baker, gardener, and a Spanish teacher at Brewer High School. Yolanda consistently devoted her time to her loved ones.

Yolanda was a passionate woman who knew no strangers, always willing to lend a helping hand and become a friend to anyone that crossed her path. She was a woman who you could talk to and laugh with for hours, her family and friends could always turn to her for advice and support. She was known to be selfless and always thought of others before herself. She may not be here physically but her legacy will continue to live on.

Yolanda was preceded by her parents Amador Lopez and Socorro Hernandez Lopez.

Those left to honor and celebrate her memory:  husband, Juan Rangel; her daughters, Elizabeth Lomas and husband Orlando, Cristina Rangel Sanchez and husband Jose Sanchez; her sons, Raymundo Romero and Juan Rangel Jr.; her grandchildren, Orlando Jr., Sophia and Sebastian; her sisters, Olga Gallegos, Modesta Tollison; and her brothers, Margarito “Charro” Lopez, Amador Lopez Jr., and Robert Lopez. She will be deeply missed by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a large host of friends.

Yolanda Rangel, de 63 años, una amorosa esposa, madre, abuela, hermana y amiga, fue a estar con el Señor el lunes 3 de agosto de 2020 en Fort Worth, Texas.

Yolanda nació el 20 de febrero de 1957 de Amador López y Socorro Hernández López en Morelos, Coah, México. Yolanda fue una mujer extraordinaria de muchos talentos con una ética de trabajo inigualable. Nunca tuvo miedo de probar cosas nuevas que estaban fuera de su zona de confort. Ella era una emprendedora; notaria público, panadera, jardinera y profesora de español en Brewer High School. Yolanda dedicó constantemente su tiempo a sus seres queridos. Yolanda era una mujer apasionada que no conocía a extraños, siempre dispuesta a echar una mano y hacerse amiga de cualquiera que se cruzara en su camino. Era una mujer con la que se podía hablar y reír por horas, su familia y amigos siempre podían acudir a ella en busca de consejo y apoyo. Era conocida por ser desinteresada y siempre pensó en los demás antes que ella. Puede que no esté aquí físicamente, pero su legado seguirá vivo.

 Yolanda fue precedida por sus padres Amador López y Socorro Hernández López.

Los que quedaron para honrar y celebrar su memoria: esposo, Juan Rangel; sus hijas, Elizabeth Lomas y su esposo Orlando, Cristina Rangel Sánchez y su esposo José Sánchez; sus hijos, Raymundo Romero y Juan Rangel Jr .; sus nietos, Orlando Jr., Sophia y Sebastian; sus hermanas, Olga Gallegos, Modesta Tollison; y sus hermanos, Margarito “Charro” López, Amador López Jr. y Robert López. Numerosas sobrinas, sobrinos, miembros de la familia extendida y una gran cantidad de amigos la extrañarán profundamente.
