Vickey Arredondo

Vickey Arredondo, 78, a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, went to be with the Lord on October 9, 2026, in Bedford, Texas.

Vickey was born February 11, 1948, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Otto Lopez Sr. and Lydia Enriquez Ramos. Vickey was a wonderful mother who devoted herself to caring for her children and always looking after the well-being of her family. She was known for being an elegant woman who always took pride in her appearance and carried herself with grace. She enjoyed listening to music, going out to eat, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Some of her favorite pastimes enjoying a cup of coffee, smoking a cigarette while listening to her favorite oldie songs, and watching her Turkish soap operas. Vickey also found great joy in caring for her plants and spending time in her garden, where she enjoyed the peace and beauty of nature. Above all, her greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved deeply and showered with affection.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto Lopez Sr. and Lydia Enriquez Ramos

Those left in honor to celebrate her memory are Alex Arredondo Jr., Dolores Lucio, Maria Arredondo, Christoper Arredondo, Steven Arredondo, Andrea Robles-Orozco, Sergio Robles, her brothers and sisters Danny, Geneva, Mitchell, Hector, Rosalinda, Lydia, Mercy, and her 15 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
