Theresa Ann Birdon

Theresa Ann Birdon, 75 of  Lafayette LA went to be with the Lord on October 9, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Theresa Ann was born on March 23, 1948 in Chicago Illinois to

Johnny Cameron and Marie Novella Richard. She married

Tommie Birdon and started their life and family journey

together. Theresa enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing

were among the top pastimes she really enjoyed. Other

hobbies she spent her time doing were shopping, bowling and

dancing her feet away, there was never a dull moment in her

life. She will be greatly missed.

Theresa is preceded in death by her mother Marie Novella

Richard and brother John P. Cameron.

Those left to honor and celebrate her memory are her

daughters Detria Bolton and Stephanie Dawson both of

Pomona, California; her son Derryck Dawson of Los Angeles,

California; her grandchildren Arianna Bolton of Dallas, Texas

and Allyssa Coye of Pomona, California; her sisters Charlotte

Cameron of Atlanta, Georgia and Lucille Cameron of

Pomona, California; her aunt Monica Gardiner of Lafayette,

Louisiana; several nieces and nephews. Along with

numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
