Mary Chazarreta

Mary Chazarreta, 79, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, went to be with the Lord on May 14, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Mary was born on May 27, 1946, in Fort Lupton, Colorado, to Dolores and Ignacia Garcia. She was an amazing and loving mother and grandmother. She loved her dog, Rosie. She enjoyed making her children homemade tortillas and eating chicharrónes. Mary loved to dance and listen to music. More than anything she loved Jesus.

She was preceded in death by her parents Dolores and Ignacia Garcia. May they rest in peace.

Those left to honor and celebrate her memory are her children, Pedro Chazarreta, Maryann Zuniga, Antonio Chazarreta, Steven Chazarreta, Christina Chararreta-Molina, Robert Chazarreta; grandchildren Tina Contreras, Gina Garcia, Richard Espinosa, Anthony Meza, Ali Reyes-Ozuna, Emma Contreras, Mia Contreras, Josiah Contreras, Rosie Garcia, Adam Espinosa, Ellie Espinosa, Jacob Chazarreta, Bobby Chazarreta and Mateo Espinosa followed by 20 other grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
