Juanita Sanchez

Fort Worth ~ Juanita Sanchez , 69, a wife, mother, grandmother, went to be with the Lord,  Monday, March 18, 2019 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Funeral Service will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019 at the Hawkins Family Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow, after service to Greenwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Friday, March 22, 2019 at Hawkins Family Funeral Home in Fort Worth.

Juanita was born on June 24, 1949 to Marcos Galicia and Ellena (Villanueva), in Natalia, Texas. She was united in marriage to Nesther Sanchez on September 19, 1972 in Geneva, Illinois They celebrated 17 years together.  She was a very loving and caring person, who loved her family dearly.  She enjoyed having family and friends around and had a tender heart for everyone she knew. Her favorite  past time was taking daily strolls and tending to her garden.  

She was proceeded in death by her parents, husband Nester Sanchez, brother’s Benny Galicia, Antonio Galicia; sister Maria Bermea; brother Marcelino Galicia.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are son Joel Sanchez and wife Clara Arellano of Fort Worth; her daughter Mary Ellen Sanchez and husband Javier Lozano of Round Rock; her Grand Children: April Sanchez, Angel Sanchez, Bianca Sanchez, Kalisse Sanchez, Jr. Perez, Alex Perez; her Great Grand Children: Aubrey Coleman, Kayden Taylor, Tyler Perez, Ryder Perez; Adelynn Perez, Nevaeh Perez, Jaden Hicks; her sister’s Hortencia Lopez, Modesta Bustamante; her brother Martin Galicia; her sister Sandy Cox and many extended family members and a host of friends.
