Daniel Garcia, 72, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend went to be with the Lord on June 1, 2026 Fort Worth, Texas.

Daniel was born July 4, 1953 in Fort Worth to David Garcia Sr. and Francis Gonzales. He was united in marriage to his loving wife Josephine Rodriguez on August 14, 1970 in Fort Worth, Texas. Daniel had many hobbies. He loved going fishing, camping out and enjoying the outdoors any chance he could. Daniel had many hobbies in life which envolved spending time with his family who was his everything, cooking out, listening to music, he enjoyed watching his westerns, war and action movies. He was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan and always enjoyed watching their games. GO COWBOYS!

He is preceded in death by his parents David Garcia Sr. and Frances Gonzales; daughter, Francis Barba; grandson, Joey Garcia; granddaughter, Kristlynne and brother, Richard Garcia. May they rest in peace.

Those left behind to honor and cherish is memory are his wife of 56 years Josephine Garcis; his sons Daniel Garcia Jr, Adam Garcia and wife, Mary Cornelius, Daniel Garcia III; his daughters Alexandria Garcia and husband Anthony Hernandez, Candy Salgado and husband Will and Zoey Jane Garcia; his grandkids Elizabeth Nelson, Jose Barba Jr and wife, Lilliana Garcia, Angelica Barba and husband, Jeovony Pastrano, Gabriel Barba and wife, Crystal, Adam Garcia Jr, Mark Garcia, Tiffany Garcia, Matthew Garcia, Christian Garcia and Carlos Dominguez; his great-grandkids Hayden Nelson, Camden Nelson, Rinley Nelson, Matthew, Scarlett, Juliette Arnett, Violet Arnett, Lizzy Arnett, Zayden Barba, Xander Barba, Anayah Pastrano, Jeovony Pastrano, Aiden Pastrano, Elijah Pastrano, Elyana Barba, Jayden Garcia, Addy Garcia, Lexi Garcia, Jordan Garcia, Camiah Garcia, Myla Garcia, Sergio Luna Jr, Catalina Ortega, Jeramiah Ortega, Rylie Garcia, Damian Garcia, Vance Garcia, Vonn Garcia, Jasmin Salgado, Javier Salgado, Penelope Salgado and Marisol Salgado; his siblings, Rita Gonzales and husband Jesse and David Garcia Jr and wife Cheryl; his very close family friend Mario Jimenez and wife, Gloria. Along with numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
