Chao Mian Vang, 35, a loving husband, father, son, and brother passed on March 7, 2020, in Fort Worth Texas. Chao was born on September 1, 1984 to Nhia Kou Vang and Xia Lee in Long Beach, California.

He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Persephone Fang in Orange County, California in 2008. They were deeply in love with a bond for life and will remain bonded by love and memories. He has three amazing kids who were his everything in life. His daughter, Paige, was his little princess. He had dreams for his sons, Collin and Zander to become soccer superstars and share his love for the outdoors and passion for fishing. Chao had a big heart and a passion for his community. He was devoted to his family and friends.  

He was preceded in death by his nephew Xy Lee, his grandfather, Youa Ze Vang, and his grandmother, Pang Her.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife of 12 years, Persephone Fang of Fort Worth; his daughter, Paige and sons, Collin and Zander; his parents Nhia Kou Vang and Xia Lee of Fort Worth; his sisters, May Vang of Arkansas, and Lily Vang and husband Steve Yang of Wisconsin; his brothers, Lyson Vang and wife Mai Der Moua of Arkansas, Nen Vang of Arkansas and Cheng Vang and wife Linda Xiong of North Carolina; his uncles Vang Lo, Peter Vue and Lee Tong Vang and wife Pang Xiong; his aunts Mee Lo and Mai Lee Vue; his close cousins, James Lo, Kong Vue, Meng Vue, Mai Vue, Pa Chia Vue, Pao Vang, Yia Vang, Leng Vang and Suelong Vang. As well as numerous extended family and a host of friends.
